Scholarships Terms and Conditions

Jump Education – Scholarship Terms and Conditions

Purpose of the Scholarship

The Jump Education Scholarship Program is designed to support access to education, workshops and skill-building opportunities by covering course tuition fees for eligible participants. The scholarship supports participation in learning while maintaining a clear separation between education delivery and any disability-related supports required by the participant.

What the Scholarship Covers

A Jump Education Scholarship covers:

  • Course or workshop tuition fees delivered by Jump Education, including tuition for nationally recognised training where applicable.
Nationally recognised training is delivered by Wildlife College Australia (RTO 46432).

What the Scholarship Does
Not Cover

A Jump Education Scholarship does not cover:

  • Administration or enrolment fees
  • Disability supports or personal supports
  • Support workers, mentoring or supervision
  • Transport, accommodation, meals or personal expenses
  • Equipment or assistive technology not supplied as part of training
  • Any service or support that may otherwise be funded through an NDIS plan
  • Any cost not directly related to education tuition delivered by Jump Education

The scholarship does not replace, supplement or draw upon NDIS funding.

Disability-Related Supports

Participants who require disability-related supports to engage in learning activities must arrange these supports separately from Jump Education.

Where applicable:

  • Supports may be provided by any NDIS-registered or appropriately qualified support provider
  • The Amazement Pathways Program is one available support provider operating independently from Jump Education
  • Support services are funded, managed and invoiced separately from Jump Education
  • Jump Education does not deliver, manage or invoice NDIS-funded supports

Eligibility

To be eligible for a Jump Education Scholarship, participants must:

  • Apply for and be accepted into a Jump Education course or workshop
  • Agree to these Terms and Conditions
  • Acknowledge that any required disability-related supports are funded separately

Holding NDIS funding does not guarantee access to a scholarship.

Application and Approval

Scholarship eligibility is confirmed during the course application and interview process.

Jump Education reserves the right to:

  • request additional information where required
  • limit scholarships based on program availability or enrolment capacity

Attendance and Participation

Scholarship recipients are expected to:

  • Attend scheduled sessions
  • Participate appropriately and respectfully
  • Comply with Jump Education policies, codes of conduct and safety requirements

Failure to attend or participate without reasonable explanation may result in withdrawal of scholarship support.

Withdrawal or Cancellation

If a participant:

  • Withdraws prior to course commencement, the scholarship may be reallocated
  • Withdraws after commencement, Jump Education may discontinue scholarship support
  • Is withdrawn due to behavioural, safety or compliance concerns, the scholarship may be terminated

The $30 administration fee is non-refundable in all circumstances.

Compliance and Funding Separation

Jump Education maintains strict separation between:

  • education delivery and assessment, and
  • disability-related supports funded through the NDIS or other sources

NDIS funding is not used to pay for Jump Education courses, workshops or assessments. All disability-related supports are managed independently by the participant and their chosen support provider.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Jump Education reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Updated versions will be made available to participants as required.
